1. What FlowSRE processes

FlowSRE processes account information, workspace configuration, integration metadata, workflow execution data, outcome contracts, verification evidence, incidents, usage information, billing identifiers, and pseudonymous anti-abuse signals needed to provide and protect the service. To prevent repeated free trials, FlowSRE stores a one-way email hash and a keyed IP-address hash rather than the raw IP address in its trial-claim record.

2. Integration credentials

n8n API keys and Google service-account credentials are stored encrypted and used only by server-side systems. Credentials are not rendered back to the browser after they are saved. You are responsible for limiting the permissions granted to each integration.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate outcome verification, display execution and incident history, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, send requested incident alerts, secure the service, and diagnose reliability problems.

4. Service providers

FlowSRE relies on service providers including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Paddle for subscription billing, and Resend for transactional email. Connected n8n and Google services process data according to your own configuration and their terms.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate FlowSRE, when you direct an integration, or when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Execution and incident history is retained according to your plan and operational backup requirements. You may request deletion of your account and workspace data by contacting support. Some billing or security records may be retained where legally required.

7. Security

FlowSRE uses encrypted transport, server-side secret storage, tenant isolation, access controls, rate limiting, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so credentials should be rotated immediately if compromise is suspected.

8. Your choices

You may update integration credentials, disable incident alerts, disconnect services, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information.

9. Contact

Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to support@flowsre.com.
