1. The service
FlowSRE verifies expected business outcomes behind connected automations. The service classifies executions, records verification evidence, and creates incidents when a reported successful execution does not satisfy its configured outcome contract.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use FlowSRE only for workspaces and systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected integrations.
3. Integrations and customer data
You control the workflows, outcome contracts, credentials, and data submitted to FlowSRE. You grant FlowSRE permission to process that data only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not submit unlawful data or credentials you are not authorized to use.
4. Verification limitations
FlowSRE provides monitoring evidence, not a guarantee that an automation, external provider, or business process will remain available or correct. Verification depends on the contract, source data, provider access, timing, and configuration supplied by you. Critical actions should retain appropriate human review and independent safeguards.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan or security controls, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, overload endpoints, resell access without permission, or use FlowSRE in violation of applicable law.
6. Trial, plans, billing, and taxes
Eligible new customers receive one 14-day free trial. Trial eligibility is limited by account and normalized email; creating another account or workspace does not reset eligibility. Sharing an office, NAT, or advertising network with another customer does not consume your trial. FlowSRE may store a keyed IP-address hash as an anti-abuse signal. When the trial ends, outcome monitoring is paused until the workspace subscribes to Starter or Pro. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoices, applicable taxes, and refunds under the checkout terms presented to you. Plan limits apply per workspace.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or modify FlowSRE and may suspend access needed to protect customers or infrastructure. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not currently offer a contractual uptime service-level agreement unless agreed separately in writing.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlowSRE is provided “as is” without implied warranties. FlowSRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from automation failures, third-party services, or incorrect configuration. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel paid billing at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, threaten security, or create legal risk.
